Six F-35A Lightning II jets, from Utah, took to the skies above RAF Lakenheath on their first ever training flights in the country . After the visit by the Lockheed Martin F 22 Raptor del 325th Fighter Wing (325 FW) of the United States Air Force based in Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida assigned al The 43d Fighter Squadron.
Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II USAF
The RAF Lakenheath Air Base hosts for the first time a group of Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II. The planes belong to the 388 th Fighter Wing, 4th fighter squadron assigned the Air Combat Command Twelfth Air Force. The units is stationed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
